If you are receiving an 'AJAX' error when attempting to log into Kronos, there is a good chance that your Kronos/AlexNet password has expired.
To reset your Kronos/AlexNet password, log into AlexNet (https://alexnet-remote.alexandriava.gov/vpn/index.html) and enter your current username/password. If your password has expired, you'll be prompted to reset it from within AlexNet.
Pls keep in mind the following password complexity requirements:
After resetting your password in AlexNet, wait approximately 15 minutes, then you'll be able to log into Kronos with your new password.
